Observation: Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the Licensee did not notify a medical health officer immediately when there was a change to the facility.
Corrective action: Ensure the Licensee notifies a medical health officer immediately of any change in the information provided under section 7 [applying for a licence]. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On January 4, 2023, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. This corrective action plan included notification to licensing for any further changes to the facility. This corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
