Observation: Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that Licensing was not informed of changes, related to the outdoor space.
Corrective action: Ensure that Licensing is informed of any changes to the facility. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On September 30, 2022, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included the playground on the second floor was available and a schedule made for all programs to access. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing. On February 1, 2023 Licensing conducted a Routine Inspection Follow Up and observed Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) playing in the designated outdoor play space and an outdoor play space shared schedule for all the service types at the facility.
