No violations were found during the
inspection.
-time tracking stickers for products stored at room temperature (e.g. cheese, lettuce) were adequate and all food items were within the expiry time.
-Sanitizer in 3-compartment sink at 200 parts per million, test strips on-site and operator test out sanitizer concentration daily.
-Hand sink fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels.
-Walk-in cooler and preparation cooler were at or below 4°celsius.
-Walk-in Freezer at -18°celsius.
-One bucket of sanitizer with wipi8ng clothes at 100 parts per million.
-No signs of pest activity observed on-site.
-No hot water available from the hand sink in employee washroom. Facility belongs to ESSO and operator is aware of this issue and requesting Esso to repair the broken hot water tank. Employees were instructed to wash their hands in the hand washing sink in food processing area after using washroom and before handling food.
-At least one staff on-site with valid FoodSafe Certificate when operator is absent.
