Non-Critical Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Every 3 to 5 years, full spectrum chemical analysis results of the water supply is due to this office. Results of a chemical analysis have not been received by this office since 2016.
Corrective Actions: Collect a representative sample of the raw/untreated surface water for chemical analysis and submit the chemistry results to this office. The test parameters are contained in Island Health's Guidelines for the Approvals of Water Supply Systems Appendix A: Minimum Sampling Parameters for Surface Water Sources.

Corrective Actions: Submit to this office a schematic of the property that identifies the approximate locations of the water source intake, storage, system distribution lines, sewerage systems, residential locations, and any common property or buildings that include kitchens, washrooms and laundry facilities.
