Corrective Actions: Ensure an up-to-date method of monitoring chlorine residual is in use when chlorine injector is repaired and functioning. Maintain records of chlorine residual and maintenance works on the system.



Comments
- Water system is supplied by surface water source (pond) and services a total of 13 buildings at a resort (11 buildings currently in use). - System currently set up for the following treatment train: Nextsand and Ecomix filter, chlorination, sand filters (2), carbon filter, UV unit (non-NSF/ANSI 55). - Emergency Response and Contingency Plan (ERCP) is available on-site. Please ensure plan is reviewed annually and updated as needed. - Discussed Drought ERCP and template provided. Please complete plan and forward to this office by Dec. 15, 2023. Note: Boil water advisory discussed and issued during inspection due to lack of disinfection. Bottled water provided in cabins.
