Follow-up inspection conducted over email conversation with operator. New water sample result received, lead concentration is now below the acceptable MAC. Please establish a monitoring program as discussed to ensure lead level is controlled in the drinking water system. Operator is working on updating the Emergency Response Plan and Annual Report and will submit these documents when complete.
