Complaint answered: received 3/27/24, answered 3/28/24.
Complaint: Complainant stated that they stayed in room 425 at the establishment on 3/26/24. They stated that the room had roaches, stains on the bed, mold in the bathroom and stains on the towels.
Observations : Walls in room 425 have damage. No stains were observed on bedding or towels. No live roaches were observed. One dead roach observed behind refrigerator . Some mold like substance on caulking in restroom. Person In Charge stated that he has a complaint from that room and they were offered a refund.
