Comments Facility has a total of 151 rooms in 1 building on 5 floors. All guest rooms are used for nightly rentals. The following rooms and areas were inspected: lobby, breakfast area, indoor pool and pump room, main laundry, mechanical, guest laundry, riser room, housekeeping on all floors, game room, and guest rooms: 101, 106, 112, 206, 225, 404, 405, 410, 417, 501, 510, 513, 518, and 521
MODHSS license and TCHD permit are posted MODHSS license, valid for 151 guest rooms, and local lodging permit are valid through September 30, 2023.

Facility has a boiler for the indoor pool heater but it is locked and tagged out due to not having a valid boiler certificate. Facility is currently not heating the pool and it is adjusting based off of ambient temperatures. Elevator certificate valid through 12/2023

Facility has a professional pest control company contracted for monthly preventative services and for the individual treatment of rooms as needed.
