The purpose of this visit is to conduct a three-week reinspection at the request of the manager, J. Gonzalez, in response to the permit suspension on 09/11/23 due to evidence of cockroach infestation. See 09/11/23 routine inspection report for more details. On this date, a thorough vermin inspection is conducted; no evidence of cockroach activity is observed. Continue with approved pest control measures, frequent cleaning and regularly monitor all areas of the facility for signs of activity.
