One live rodent was observed running on the floor underneath the ice machine located near the back door. Eliminate the activity of rodents from the food facility by using only approved methods. Remove all evidence of the infestation and thoroughly clean and sanitize all affected surfaces. Construct, equip, maintain and operate the food facility so as to prevent the entrance and harborage of animals, birds and vermin including, but not limited to, rodents and insects. A thorough inspection was conducted and no other signs or evidence of rodents were observed. Corrective action: The rodent was trapped by the back door near the ice machine and exterminated onsite. The rodent was disposed of into the trash and the area was washed and sanitized.
