The purpose of this visit is to conduct a reinspection at the request of the manager, J. Gonzalez, in response to the permit suspension on 09/11/23. See 09/11/23 routine inspection report for more details. On this date, the health permit of the main kitchen is reinstated; therefore, the satellite permit dependent on the main kitchen is also reinstated. Continue to correct the remaining violations noted on the 09/11/23 routine inspection report.
