Comments
The purpose of this visit is to conduct a reinspection at the request of the manager, J. Gonzalez, in response to the permit suspension on 09/11/23 due to evidence of cockroach infestation. See 09/11/23 routine inspection report for more details. On this date, a thorough vermin inspection is conducted; no evidence of cockroach activity is observed. Continue with approved pest control measures, frequent cleaning and regularly monitor all areas of the facility for signs of activity. The cold top cooler is also observed repaired and capable of maintaining potentially hazardous foods at/ below 41F. Continue to correct the remaining violations noted on the 09/11/23 routine inspection report. A second reinspection is scheduled for 10/04/23 to verify the continued abatement of cockroach activity in the facility.
