23: Damaged to outside overhead. (By front door where customer park to check in. Concrete is missing and you can see beams on the left side.

29: Room 202 lamp by bed is not properly working.
33: Mattress has stains in room 108 And 202

Pillows and sheets in room 102 are stained.
35: Room 202 bedside desk is missing its drawer and chair is damaged.
37: Ceiling leak on 1st floor from the pipe above. Ceiling tile was missing because of ceiling leak.
There are no smoke detectors in the rooms I inspected. I will be back in 10 days to conduct a follow up inspection. Establishment must have smoke detectors and they must be properly working.
