All sinks and cold-holding units observed at proper temps. Quaternary sanitizer observed at proper concentration and test strips observed at sink. Facility observed in compliance with VA Food Regulations 12VAC5-421. Permit will be picked up from the Health Department when they receive their certificate of occupancy.
