38: 3280 Observed a roach crawling across the floor of the prep area. Corrective Actions: Pest control company is currently treating the issue. Documentation was provided at the time of inspection.

Please address the following violation. I highly recommend fumigation during summer break to control and solve the infestation of coch roaches. Not many temperatures to check at this time. Majority of the TCS items are cooked fresh or from frozen.
