Inspection was scheduled today to check the truck after the permit was deferred from October 2022 to April 2023. Before the inspection could start a pipe burst emptying the potable water tank on the ground. Repairs to the plumbing system must be completed before a full inspection can be conducted. Deep freezer was 14 degrees. Unit is clean and organized. Test strips present at the time of inspection. Paperwork was given to the operator, Mr. Duffey, as he wishes to change the name from Ice Ice Baby to Snowcone Shack.
