Holes/ gaps at all plumbing locations need to be filled and be made to be smooth, durable, nonporous, and easy to clean. Lighting intensity does not meet the regulations at food prep areas (28-37 foot candles) and dishwashing areas(7-9 foot candles). All food prep areas must be 50 foot candles and all ware washing areas need to be 20 foot candles. Wall situated behind the ice machine to the food sink needs a cover on the top. Currently has exposed, unsealed cement. Back door has a large gap at the bottom of the door frame and is not tight fitting. Splash guards are missing from several sinks that are in close proximity to food prep stations and clean utensils. Employee bathroom has broken ceiling tiles and the ventilation is not currently working. Employee bathroom door is not self closing. Covers for outlets and light switches are not well fitting or missing causing gaps. All replaced unpainted cinder blocks need to be painted.
Snack rooms and concession rooms have unpainted, unseal cabinet bases. Coving is also missing from the floor-wall junction in snack rooms and concession rooms. Holes are present around the outlets, phone box, and light switches in the snack rooms and concession rooms. Concession rooms have holes in the cinder blocks above the cabinets. Per Robin Moore, director of food service, dry storage, walk in freezer, walk in refrigerator must be clean before product can be moved.
