The lighting needs to be addressed to increase the foot candles in all areas to proper levels. (list provided to the MX and Robin), the crack in the wall will be sealed or covered at the prep sink, the holes will be sealed around all piping and other holes in the walls, proper clean out covers will be installed at each clean out. Follow up inspection will be September 6, 2022 to verify that all equipment is at proper temperatures.
