This inspection is the for the pre-opening of Ice Ice Baby. The mobile unit is clean. Lighting intensity meets the requirements stated in the regulations. Gloves are present. Chlorine sanitizer is present. Thermometer is not needed due to shaved ice being the only menu item. PIC has test strips, but were not present at the time of inspection. A food grade ( clear or white) water hose needs to be purchased. Hot water temps did not reach the minimum stated in the regulations (100 degrees at the hand sink, 110 degrees at the 3 vat sink). New wastewater agreement needs to be sent to the health department. Pump on the water system is a food grade pump.
