Gloves, sanitizer, and test strips present at the time of inspection. Freezer operating at 32 degrees or below. Handwashing sink is operating at 100 degrees or above. 3 compartment sink is operating at 110 degrees or above. All damaged pipes have been fixed since previous inspection. At present there is no leaking water on the ground around the unit. At this time, the mobile unit can be permitted.
