22: 0820 (A2) Observed TCS foods improperly cold holding in the buffet table and prep table by the cooking area.
Corrective Actions: Ensure that cold holding units are properly adjusted to hold TCS food items at 41 degrees or below. PIC voluntarily moved TCS foods to working cold holding units.
