38: 3270 (3) Observed new rat burrows that have developed since the follow-up inspection on 4/29. These new rat burrows are spread out with some closer the the restaurant and others re-dug by the trash area.
Corrective Actions: Have pest control come out again to remove the rest of the pests from the property.
Corrective Actions: Have pest control come out again to ensure that the establishment's property is free of pests.
EHS observed new rat burrows that have developed since the follow-up inspection on 4/29. These new rat burrows are spread out with some closer the the restaurant and others re-dug by the trash area. It appears that the pest control measures taken up to this point were only partially effective in that they forced the pests out but it did not keep them away so it seems that another round of treatment will be necessary. EHS will follow up.
