1. The person in charge emailed images of hot water temperatures at handwashing and 3 vat sink basin and temperature of the irreversible registering temperature indicator verifying adequate surface sanitization.
2. Facility installed a new 100-gallon hot water heater and emailed specifications.
3. Picture of the test kit was also emailed and appears to be between 400 and 500 ppm for Quaternary Ammonium which may be affected by the high-water temperature (116 degrees F). Test sanitizing solution between 65-75 degrees F and contact technician for service if needed.
4. Facility is approved to resume normal operations. Continue to monitor water temperatures and sanitization of the dishwasher and 3 compartment sinks.
5. Inspection report emailed to the operator.
