Follow up visit for the following: 1. To correct time as a public health control paperwork for the white rice. Paperwork was filled out EHS will email a copy to person in charge. 2. Cooling unit in the back kitchen area is not cold holding at proper temperatures 53 degrees F. Facility will not hold TCS foods in the unit until is replaced. Foods observed in the unit during follow up visit were non TCS foods.
