1. Site visit conducted for facility (new ownership) prior to start of renovation/construction.

2.The following were discussed:
-Increase distance of legs for counter Pepsi cooler or seal to the counter. Distance is required to be at least 4 inches.
-Indirect plumbing connection observed under 3 vat and food prep sink.
-Reseal preop sink and front handsinks.
-Dispenser will be installed at 3 vat sink.
-Seal holes in the wall in back of the house.

3. Contact health department when ready for pre-opening inspection.
