47: 1570 Observed ice build up on the ceiling, frozen boxed foods, shelving, and floors of the walk in freezer. Boxed frozen foods were relocated. PIC stated a repair ticket has been issued and are waiting for the unit to be serviced.
Corrective Actions: Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair.
