13: 260 Observed rodent-like feces on canned food items in dry storage. Observed packaging of food items compromised by rodent-like pests in dry storage area of food facility. Food discarded.
Corrective Actions: Food shall be safe and unadulterated.

38: 3270 (1) (2) (4) Observed rodent-like feces in dry storage area of food facility. Spoke with Person in Charge regarding increasing pest control inspections until issue is resolved.
Corrective Actions: The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: 1. Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food; 2. Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; 4. Eliminating harborage conditions.

38: 2930 Back exit door observed with gap and does not protect against the entry of pests into the facility.
Corrective Actions: Outer openings of a food establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: 1. Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls and ceilings; 2. Closed, tight-fitting windows; and 3. Solid self-closing, tight-fitting doors.

53: 3250 Observed toilet room door propped open during inspection.
Corrective Actions: Toilet room doors shall be kept closed except during cleaning and maintenance.

55: 3170 Hood baffles observed to be missing from hood ventilation system above cooking equipment.
Corrective Actions: Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
