Observations & Corrective Actions

51: 2260 There is a "Y" adapter on the faucet at the mop sink that allows 2 hoses to be attached. Mop sink faucet vacuum breakers are not designed for the continuous pressure created by the "Y" adapter/hoses.
Corrective Actions: Discontinue use of the "Y" adaptor on the faucet or provide double check valves in between the "Y" adaptor and the attached hoses to protect the potable water supply from potential contamination.

Additional Comments

1. This was a routine inspection.
2. All alleged violations and corrective actions were discussed with the Certified Food Protection Manager.
