1. All corrections were discussed with the person in charge. 2. The warewashing machine is still not operational and the 3 compartment sink is set to wash, rinse and sanitize the dishes until the dishwasher is repaired. The power supply to the dishwasher has been shut to avoid the use of the malfunctioned dishwasher. 3. The person in charge will inform the Health Department once the dishwasher is repaired and functional.
