51: 2350 (ii) Back flow device at the mop (service sink) is not working properly, it is leaking due to a Y connection which is keeping the vacuum breaker under pressure - (video attached and provided to school manager). Corrective Actions: Provide the approved backflow or backsiphonage device for the specific application and type of device to prevent contamination of the drinking water system.
