Corrective Actions: Provide permanently affixed signage at all handwashing sinks used by food employees that reminds food employees to wash their hands
36: 1320 (A-D) There was no temperature measuring device located in the all prep cooler.
Corrective Actions: Provide a temperature measuring device that is easily readable and accurate to +/-3 degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use.
47: 1570 2 door mini cooler temperature was measured 51 F and observed not functioning proplery.
Corrective Actions: Repair/replace 2 door mini cooler so that it hold temperature 41 F or less.
47: 1570 Walk in Freezer is observed in state of disrepair.
Corrective Actions: Walk in Freezer must be repaired and functioning properly.
1. This food establishment is not approved for food permit.
2. All alleged violations and corrective actions were discussed with the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM).
3. The FDA Food Code Form 1-B Conditional Employee or Food Employee Reporting Agreement was discussed and provided to the CFPM to develop and implement the employee's health policy.
4. In addition, the Virginia Department of Health Guidance for Clean-up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events in Food Establishment was explained and provided to the CFPM.
