44: 2000 (A) (B) (D) Observation: Food containers were found stacked while still wet (wet nesting). This practice creates conditions that are conducive to the growth of bacteria.
Corrective Actions: Correction: After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be stored covered or inverted in a self-draining position that allows air drying.
47: 1570 Observation: The gasket on the vertical salad cooler/dispenser was observed to be torn. This concern was noted in a routine inspection conducted on 06/21/24.
Corrective Actions: Corrections: Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. PIC noted that a contractor has been retained for this repair.
55: 2830 Observation: The base and side wall of the mop sink are missing both tile and grout. This condition was previously noted in a routine inspection dated 6/21/24.
Corrective Actions: Correction: Replace the missing tile and grout so that the floor and cove juncture are sealed, drain appropriately, and are easily cleanable. PIC noted that a quote for this work has been accepted and the project scheduled with the contractor.
