Hot water in facility has been repaired. Dish machine is running at 128F and chlorine sanitizer was measured at 50 ppm. Mold from ice machine had been cleaned and machine was washed, rinsed and sanitized.
Reminder: Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer. Grill hood is in need of cleaning. Only use handwashing sinks to wash hands.
