Facility has changed coffee supplier. Per PIC, facility utilizes a company called Ganders. EHS could not verify at time of inspection coffee company's permit/ license. Provide documentation to EHS regarding license/permit for the food manufacturer/supplier. EHS left contact information. A follow-up date is scheduled for 6/3/2024 for facility to provide proper documentation.
