Follow up inspection conducted in response to routine and complaint inspection conducted on 8/30/2023.
Fryers in the establishment have been re-programmed to provide a longer frying timer for the crispy chicken products. Chicken products are now being fried for 5 minutes. Chicken food temperature within correct range during inspection.
Violations corrected:
12VAC5-421-70 The verifiable employee health reporting agreement has been signed by all food employees.
Note:
The food permit is posted at the office desk in the kitchen. Post the food permit in view of the public. EHS discussed several options with the person in charge.
