Follow up conducted in response to routine inspection conducted on 2/28/2023.
Violations corrected:
#820 TCS foods are cold holding at proper temperatures in the prep cooler. Food employee has ice below each TCS food. According to employees a new cooler has been ordered.
#1530 Sanitizer test strips observed available for employees to properly test the sanitizer concentration.
