#820- Walk in cooler has been serviced. TCS foods are maintaining proper food temperatures. Continue to monitor food temperatures every day.
#1530 Test strips ordered, arriving today (confirmed)
#830 Butter chicken has been date marked. Ongoing training with the food employee that makes the butter chicken is conducted daily.

Not yet corrected:
#930 Consumer advisory ( disclosure) on menu still needs to be updated- owner to email copy of menu once completed.
