All items have been corrected. Staff indicated a meeting took place and training on the HACCP was conducted / reviewed to tighten up on procedures. Records indicate the following items were made and cooled since last inspection: soup, clam chowders, and turkey pot pie. All cooling records were good. The ice machine has been cleand.
