47: 1570 Observed 2 door lowboy refrigeration unit unable to maintain 41F or below at follow-up inspection. No Time/temperature control for safety foods were stored in the unit. Refrigeration units shall be maintained in good repair.
Corrective Actions: Repair, replace, or remove refrigeration unit. Ensure equipment is maintained in good repair and adjusted properly. Do not Store time/temperature control for safety foods in the unit until unit can maintain 41F or below.
The purpose of todays visit is to conduct a follow-up inspection on lowboy 2 door refrigeration unit.
Unit observed unable to maintain 41F or below, non TCS item temperature checked and recorded at 50F. No TCS items are stored in the unit. EHS provided card for facility to update on what they decide to do with unit. Repair, replace, or remove the broken equipment.
