Corrective Actions: When keeping time/temperature control for safety foods that are ready to eat (TCS/RTE) longer than 24 hours, the date that the food item was prepared/opened must be labeled on the container/package, or a discard date not to exceed 7 days with the day prepared/opened counting as day 1. Person in charge (PIC) date labeled the bruschetta.
