10: 2310 Observed Hand Sink by the 3 VAT sink to contain pipes, mixers, spatulas, pans, and other utensils. Corrective Actions: 12VAC5-421-2310. Using a handwashing sink. A. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. B. A handwashing sink shall not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
38: 2930 Observed visible white light shining under door in back allowing for possible entry of pests. Observed 1 fruit fly in the establishment. Corrective Actions: 12VAC5-421-2930. Outer openings, protected. A. Except as specified in subsections B through E of this section, outer openings of a food establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: 1. Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls and ceilings; 2. Closed, tight-fitting windows; and 3. Solid self-closing, tight-fitting doors.
43: 550 Observed tongs on oven handle pressing against oven, observed in use knives stored in between prep tables. Corrective Actions: Please store in use utensils in approved methods per code as to not allow for cross contamination or growth of pathogens. Discussed with mgmt.
