48: 1530 Observed facility to utilize chlorine as sanitizer for the 3 compartment sink. At time of inspection, facility was unable to provide test kit to measure sanitizer concentration. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L (ppm) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided and readily accessible for use.
