No violations noted at the time of the inspection. Food source has changed for all of LCPS from Merchants to Sysco. Chemical distributor is now Freedman - Safepak (Quat) is no longer used in this facility. Quat sanitizer is still being used for the three basin sinks and wiping buckets.
