25: 930 A consumer advisory for drinks that are offered with raw egg is still missing from the menu. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Actions: A consumer advisory that alerts consumers that these drinks contain a raw or undercooked animal protein is required. Provide a consumer advisory on the drink menu, to include an Asterix to mark which drinks are covered under the consumer advisory. A Notice of Violation will be issued if not corrected by the next routine inspection.
All violations have been corrected except for the Consumer Advisory. This must be corrected by the next routine inspection if a Notice of Violation is not to be issued. Correct ASAP.
