All deficiencies noted on previous inspection report dated December 13, 2022 have been corrected. Great job!

Notes: Dish machine is still non-operational, facility is using 3 compartment sink to wash equipment. Out of order sign on dish machine.
Employees observed eating in dining room.
** As follow up- once dish machine is repaired (manager stated repair scheduled Tuesday, January 24th) send picture/video to EHS of dish machine in operation and of test strip with sanitization reading, and picture of interior of walk in cooler shelving.
