This follow-up was conducted remotely. The coffee supplier, Ganders Coffee, was determined to be an unapproved food source. Person In Charge (PIC) changed coffee supplier to Mill City Roasters out of Minnesota. EHS confirmed the license number on the Minnesota State Department of Agriculture website. PIC supplied EHS with proof of purchase from Mill City Roasters. Facility ordered 200 pounds of product.

If in the future the facility changes coffee suppliers, ensure that the food is received from an approved source.

Follow-up report was emailed to the PIC.
