22: 0820 (A2) Observed samosa cold holding at improper temperature (55F). Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods must be held at 41F or below to prevent growth of harmful bacteria.
Corrective Actions: Person in charge discarded the food. He is also going to contact a technician to come and fix the line prep cooler.

23: 830 Observed time/temperature control for safety foods (TCS) not properly dated for disposition. Foods not labeled include: cooked potato, chickpeas, red masala. Ready to eat TCS foods held over 24 hours must be date marked with either made on date or date the food item must be consumed not to exceed 7 days.
Corrective Actions: PIC is going to label RTE food.

43: 550 Rice scoop stored in the standing water. Rice scoops should be stored on a clean surface or inside a water which is at 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
Corrective Actions: PIC discarded the water.

Additional Comments

Please make sure not to leave the food on the kitchen counter. Walk in cooler needs some new light bulbs.
