15: 470 3rd pan of raw shell eggs observed improperly stored over ready to eat foods (cut tomatoes, sliced onions) in the glass door meat cooler.
Corrective Actions: Food shall be protected from cross-contamination by separating raw animal proteins from ready-to-eat foods and by arranging them in a way that cross-contamination is avoided. Corrected: The person in charge moved said eggs to the walk in cooler away from all ready to eat foods.

Kitchen observed very clean. All food temperatures are within the correct range. Great job.
