Store raw chicken below raw whole muscle meat beef and pork.
Corrected- the person in charge relocated said chicken to the bottom shelf of the cooler.
22: 0820 (A2) Potato wedges 50F at the open top prep cooler on the line are cold holding at improper temperatures. Corrective Actions: Cold hold time/temperature control for safety foods at 41 F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
EHS discussed an option for time control on said wedges.
