21: 0820 (A1) Eggs and sausage patties in the Win-holt hot holding unit were at 127 degrees F and 112 degrees F respectively while the unit was at 154 degrees F. Upon closer inspection, the unit has a large gap on the top left corner of the door. Corrective Actions: The eggs and sausage patties were discarded, and they were not intended to be served. The unit still appears to be failing. I have advised the staff to check the temperature of foods in the hot holding unit to ensure they are holding at 135 degrees F or more until the hot holding unit is replaced or repaired.
39: 610 The ceiling above the shelves next to the walk in cooler has some form of damage resulting in it shedding paint on the food below. Corrective Actions: Replace or repair the damaged section of ceiling so that it is no longer contaminating food stored below it.
44: 2020 (A)(B) Unwrapped single-use forks and spoons for consumers were displayed in a large basket which allowed for contamination by hands of consumers. Corrective Actions: The forks and spoons were placed in a dispenser so that the heads of the utensils were inverted to prevent contamination.
47: 1570 There is an active running leak in the walk in freezer creating an ice build up on the shelves and floor of the walk in freezer. Corrective Actions: Repair the leak in the walk in cooler.
48: 1520 The facility does not have an irreversible registering temperature indicator for their hot water sanitizing dish washing machine. Corrective Actions: Obtain an irreversible registering temperature indicator for the facility's hot water sanitizing dish washing machine.
54: 2720 The outside dumpster is missing a lid. Corrective Actions: Replace the lid on the outside dumpster and ensure that it is closed when not in use.
54: 2730 The outside dumpster does not have a drain plug. Corrective Actions: Obtain and install a drain plug for the outside dumpster.
